No objections to the pool.

Question is why has council allowed a retaining wall and lansdscaping to be built on the footpath on Amaroo? A power pole is an actual part of the wall.

Is this a historical exemption? This has been commented upon social a few times in the past decade.

Would it not affect the water course through this designated LSIO area?
