The existing gate has two open entry points (driveway and pedestrian) that have resulted in trespassing and security incidents (currently under investigation by Victoria Police). The existing fence is being demolished in order to replace with one which extends across the compete frontage and is secured with locked gates. Replacement fence will be no more than 1.5 metres in height, which does not require planning or building permit approval under the Scheme.
