Proposed amendments to endorsed plans: Western Façade setback increased, internal arrangement amended to reflect Leasing, Circulation, Services and Structural requirements, external Services arrangement amended, sreening Fence and Gate added to Southern Boundary, fire tanks and pumps room at Ground Floor increased in size, Louvers to façade have been amended, roof profiles and Parapet Heights have been amended and reduced for constructability, glazing locations shifted to South Façade TP250: External Elevations – Proposed 9. Lift overrun location to suit revised lift locations 10. Vertical Glazing has been removed due to constructability and water proofing and replaced with metal cladding. Alternate colour proposed to maintain visual separation between finishes. 11. Alternate cladding colour proposed in lieu of Material Tag D to align with Leasing and Branding requirements. 12. Level 01 Glazing panels amended to Spandrel glass (Tag B) in lieu of Tinted Glass (Tag K), due to internal arrangement and constructability. 13. Glazing locations on Ground Floor have shifted to accommodate internal arrangement amendments. 14. Stair Core amended to be painted finish in lieu of metal cladding for constructability. Paint finish colour to match existing proposed. Joint line to bottom of precast has been maintained in accordance with design intent
