Description

On behalf of Carlton Neighbourhood Learning Centre Inc, we request a variation to Condition 12 of permit PLN24/0856 for 20 Princes Street, Carlton North, to allow work outside the permitted hours on a single occasion, for delivery and installation of a prefabricated structure. This delivery requires large vehicles and a partial closure of the Nicholson Street/Princes Street intersection. At least one road is managed by the Department of Transport and Planning, which will only approve a closure outside normal business hours, given the load's scale and traffic impact. Delivery can therefore only occur outside the hours currently permitted under Condition 12. The proposed night works relate only to this single delivery and installation event. We are not seeking any change to the general work hours that otherwise apply under Condition 12. We would appreciate your consideration. Please advise if further information is needed.
