Remove one (1) Ficus microcarpa var. 'Hillii' (Hills Weeping Fig) on the rear boundary and replace with two (2) small-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection, this semi-mature tree was assessed to have poor structure with multi-stemmed crossing leaders that emanate from near ground level. As the tree matures these structural issues can predispose the tree to failure as decay can form within the unions, potentially resulting in the failure of the main limbs.
