I believe there are multiple issues with this application:

1. 4 x parking spaces is completely insufficient for 10 x units
2. Communal kitchen and shared facilities

My opinion is:

1. I cannot see the share facilities working successfully and I am expecting noise management to be an issue in the shared facilities.
2. I would like SCC to provide examples of where this type of housing has been successful in this region.

I would support the development of the site with conventional apartments with adequate parking.

Shared Facilities will require an ongoing 24/7 Resident On Site Manager to ensure conduct of tenants remains appropriate for a Residential Family area.

I see no evidence that this has been considered and It Should be a condition of approval for the Shared Facilities.

Self contained Appartments would provide more suitable accommodation in this high demand Residential area.

There is already plenty of scope for temporary accommodation in the existing Motel and Hotel facilities existing as well as others currently planned .
