- Remove two (2) Brushbox in the rear yard. T1 (dead tree in centre of yard) - Remove and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This small tree has succumbed to poor health in a short amount of time and has minimal chance of recovery. The cause of its decline is unknown. T2 (nearer to eastern boundary)- Removal refused. At the time of inspection, this tree was in fair to good health with some deadwood, it had a moderately dense canopy for the species. There was new growth visible as well as occlusion of old pruning wounds indicating that the tree is growing with vigour. At the time of inspection there were no signs indicating that any parts of the tree were structurally unstable or at risk of failure.
