Temporary 'licensed' event to stage "The Rocks Village Bizarre" a free public event throughout the Rocks precinct between 6:30pm to 10:00pm each Friday from 1st November to 20th December inclusive. Proposed temporary structures including signage and use of 125 George Street as a "pop up" bar, including a licensed bar and cabaret venue in the Rocks Square.
