We wish to retrofit our existing aluminium frame 3mm glass windows, keeping the existing frames, with 6.38mm clear laminate /6mm spacer / 4mm clear LowE Prime toughened in the fixed panels, 4mm clear toughened /6mm spacer/ 4mm clear LowE Prime toughened in the sash panels. These would be visually identical to the current windows from the outside, requiring only modification on the inner frame. All removal and re-installation would happen from within the apartment, requiring no demolition. Traffic Management Plan is not applicable for the works on your apartment. As the installation will be done from inside the apartment, there will be no heavy machinery, cranes, or equipment required that would obstruct the footpath or road. For safety, during the removal of the existing glass, we will maintain an exclusion zone on the footpath below, with a designated safety spotter present to monitor pedestrian access and ensure the area remains clear. This will not block the entire footpath.
