Remove one (1) Agonis flexuosa (Willow Myrtle) at the rear of the property on the left and replace with two (2) small-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree is in fair health with a sparse canopy, it is toward the end of its useful life expectancy. It is growing within the canopy of the neighbouring Bean Tree and has several rubbing main branches, to remove these branches will remove an excessive amount of vegetative material, leaving the tree a poor specimen.
