Traffic remains a concern with this new DA. The new proposal is significantly larger but this is not reflected in the DA. There has been NO evidence provided to show the numbers accurately reflect the real numbers.

The traffic increase on adjoining roads has not been reflected. This is a historic precinct and the heritage impacts on amenity to these very small streets has not been reflected in the revised DA.

As per planning legislation the ACTUAL impact and intensity of proposed use needs to be proven. The existing building was not used for multiple new vehicle movements a day. The new DA is a busy commercial business very different from the building’s previous use.

We need to see independently investigated and proven surveys
prior to any approvals being considered.
