2 Young Street, Vaucluse NSW 2030
- Description
- Remove one (1) Banksia integrifolia (Coastal Banksia) (T2) from LHS boundary and one (1) Magnolia grandiflora (Little Gem) (T4) from the front boundary and replace with two (2) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. Banksia: This tree is in good health and condition however its trunk is growing into the northern boundary fence and pushing it out, its roots are also lifting the pathway. The removal of this tree is the only feasible option. Magnolia: At the time of inspection this tree had a mostly dead canopy with approximately 25% live crown ratio, it is unlikely to recover health and should be removed. It should be noted that there are two (2) dead Olives within proximity, further investigation into the cause should be considered when selecting the location for the replacement trees.
