Does Council assess financial viability? We don't want Demolition to be followed by an extended period with a vacant lot.
Four new dwellings replacing a 3 bedroom house is excessive. The loss of trees with every new development is killing our remaining wildlife and heating our suburb. Within visual sight of my house on Morrison road there are 5 of these oversized developments in progress or planned. I hope for every tree lost the council replaces a tree; and not with a little shrub or a little tree.
When will the Council do something about the traffic and speeding down Morrison Road Gladesville, like it has helped traffic on Morrison Road Putney? Morrison road is known as the biggest rat run in Sydney, benefiting Putney residents at the expense of those living in Gladesville.
