Description

Section 4.55(1A) modification to DA/299/2024 for tree removal, Torrens subdivision into 2 lots, retention of the existing dwelling and construction of a secondary dwelling on the existing lot and construction of a single storey dwelling on the new lot (staged development). The modification is to alter the approved staging only. The proposed modification will: Stage 1: carry out all Torrens title subdivision works for proposed Lot 5B (including all associated stormwater works and registration with NSW Land & Titles) and construct the secondary dwelling on Proposed Lot 5A; and Stage 2: carry out the remaining works to construct the approved single storey dwelling on Lot 5B.
