Description

Remove one (1) Syzygium australe (Bush Cherry) hedge at the front of the building and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These trees were planted to form screening however they have not been maintained and have grown into full-grown trees. They are in an unsustainable location; in a raised masonry garden bed that is being being pushed out and has cracks throughout, most likely caused by the trees' root systems. The walls cannot be repaired with the trees in situ without removing a large portion of their roots.
