S4.55(1A) to DA2019/1271 - amendments seeks to reference an addendum to the approved Wastewater Report (WCMS) & a revised Effluent Application Area Plan prepared by Nowra Wastewater Design which address the decommissioning of a septic tank for the previously approved tourist cabin and include revisions to the effluent application area plan required by the S68 RFI. Due to the S68 RFI, the proposed effluent disposal system has been revised to include four absorption trenches & the existing septic is to be replaced by a larger 3500L tank.
