The size of the lease is far outside the development proposal. My concern is, in time, the lease will be wholly developed and a massive piece of coastal bushland (home to so many native species) will be lost forever. Can the size of the lease be reduced to match the development proposal? Or a guarantee that future development of the site be excluded?
I'm happy to see the school get the facilities it needs. Just don't want to see any more lost.
