Proposed Amendment: Amend the permit to allow music to be played in the external courtyard with speakers limited to not operate at volumes louder than Leq 55 dB(A) at 1 metre (unless subsequent testing indicates that louder is acceptable), including amend the conditions of the permit as follows: Revise the wording of condition 7, 15, 24 and 27c as outlined in the amendment application material.
