4.55 (1A) Modification of Development Consent No DA0111/25 - Subdivision and construction of roads and associated infrastructure to support development of Jacaranda's Local Water Centre. The proposal consists of earthworks, pad and retaining walls, stormwater management works, road construction & subdivision and tree removal. The application is considered to be integrated development pursuant to section 100B of the Rural Fires Act 1997 and section 91 of the Water Management Act 2000, This modification seeks to amend the stormwater and Sediment and Erosion Control Measures, Removal of approved retaining walls and replaced by graded batters and addition of a Safety and Design Report.
