- Removal of a liquidambar tree from the front yard of 25 Fitzgibbon Cres Caulfield (2.8m from front fence) is requested due to tree root interference to neighbouring plumbing, uneven ground levels, falling limbs, and to avoid further worsening problems as the large tree continues to increase in size. The house interior has significant wall movement and cracking of lathe & plaster. A more suitably sized tree and other recommended native plants for the area would be planned for the front garden, and in consultation with council or along the Glen Eira tree planting guidelines.
