Who received the application notification? Should it not have gone out to the neighbouring properties?

Speaking to the property manager of 188 Arkana (x 3 units), I believe their intention is to use all three units as AirBnB STRA.

How do I voice my concern/objection to their application?

There aren't enough long stay rentals in the area and landlords are using any excuse to raise rents. I strongly object to residential housing being converted to short stay accommodation.
