This will really be a welcomed improvement.
The development should also include extension of kerb and gutter and footpath provisions to CCC specification.
Additionally provision for street plants should be incorporated in the DA.
Landscaping compatible with the area and coastal environment should also be incorporated.
Last comment is that off street parking for residents and visitors in accordance with NCC requirements
