Description
This S32 subdivision is a boundary re-alignment of 12sqm between Lot 13 and Lot 19. It merely swaps the car park lot from Lot 19 to Lot 13. As a result, new lots 13A (2 parts) and 19A (1 part) are created. As per our note on the face sheet of the plan, apart from the new lots 13A & 19A, all other lots shown on the diagrams and cross sections are not part of the subdivision and are shown for context and reference only.
