We have been in contact with Gary Briggs-Bradford regarding this application (20/01/2026) and additionally have liaised with Taycon Group Building Surveyors who have advised: "The building act allows for the application still under section 46 Application for an occupancy permit for completed building, however in accordance with section 182A and therefore section 54(2) and section 56(1) this application is not required to be accompanied by a BA17 Certificate of Construction Compliance nor is it required to be endorsed by a building surveyor."
