- I am the new owner for this property, and I came to know very late (while bank was doing revaluation to reduce the interest rate) that this building has a valid permit, so I am planning to proceed for construction based on the existing plan and permit. While buying the property, the agent told me that there is a permit for construction, but I wasn't aware of the build permit process and all those things, now I know the process, so I am hoping to proceed once I get the extension.
