I am writing regarding the proposed 146-lot residential subdivision at 170 North Boambee Road, North Boambee Valley NSW 2450.
Given the increase in traffic what is the Councils strategy to ensure that the internal and connecting road infrastructure is sufficient to accommodate the projected traffic and safety requirements of the development.
North Boambee Road in it's "current state" with the increased traffic from the bypass HQ just past Bishop Druitt School is a nightmare when you turn from the Pacific Highway set of lights onto North Boambee Road with no clear line marking or signage as to what lanes serve what purpose or even if it's a merging lane heading towards the roundabout, for local residents this has been a constant issue and safety concern.
People turning across double white lines to access Watsons Caravans also causes traffic concerns.
