Description

Demolition of existing structures and construction of a residential flat building comprising 37 apartments, basement parking and associated works. Section 4.56 Modification - Internal and external changes to the residential flat building resulting in: • Increase in apartments from 36 to 37 • Vehicular access changed from Pacific Highway to Finlay Road via the basement of the adjoining childcare centre at 1458 Pacific Highway. • The number of vehicle parking spaces will increase from 59 spaces to 63 spaces. • Reconfiguration of the ground / basement parking, internal circulation and servicing area to facilitate the amended site access and parking yield. • Removal of the slip lane off the Pacific Highway. Stage 1 CC - Site clearing, shoring and Bulk Excavation only. Stage 2 CC - All remaining works.
