What is a telecommunication facility...and why is it positioned in, or next to, a holiday park?
I contacted Planner at MPC listed on app just prior to Christmas. I believe it is a tower even though one went in at property next door 310? in recent years & does not have much salad on it. I believe 306 Jetty was approved in 2023 & now locals do not get the right to object then or now!! not sure why when locals got right to object to 310 jetty tower? I think this current application is to move the location of previously approved tower to a new location. Hopefully it is hidden behind tall trees at back of property not visible visual pollution on frontage to Jetty Rd & local residents & tourists driving up Jetty. Apparently the first planning app in 2023 was accidentally notified to nearby local residents & 7 people objected but it was still approved. If I was a resident along Jetty Rd I would be contacting planning dept & 306 Jetty for further information on this revised planning app & where it will be located. Also local media as why communication towers don’t need to be advertised to local residents nowadays?
