Pruning or removal - which is it? Milton Street Carlingford is a prime example of pruning/removal - or trees removed without Council permission. The Council provided permission for pruning but the owners went for removal - a devastating decision for the street. When is the Council going to clamp down on this ongoing and destructive activity. Our suburbs are heating up and this activity is to blame. Aside from potential danger or damage to property - what is the reason for the alarming number of requests for tree removal??
