Remove two (2) Phoenix canariensis, Canary Island Date Palms, from the front left of property, adjacent to the boundary with Hugh Bamford Reserve and replace with two (2) medium-sized, local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These small palms are positioned in an inappropriate location atop a sandstone outcrop and have most likely germinated from a bird dropping, they have low landscape and retention value.
