- Remove one (1) Howea forsteriana, Kentia Palm, from rear of complex, adjacent to side boundary with 11 Alexander Street and replace with three (3) small/ medium -sized, local native trees, from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. The two (2) dead Cocos Palms and the Kentia Palm leaning toward the roofline are recommended for removal as they are specimens in poor health and structure. The westernmost Kentia palm has been refused for removal as this tree is in good health and condition, the removal of the other three (3) palms will provide more space for it to grow.
