Remove one (1) Ficus elastica (Rubber tree) and one (1) Callistemon viminalis (Weeping Bottlebrush) from the front yard, adjacent to the boundary with 45 Albion Street and replace with four (4) small-medium -sized, local native trees, from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These trees are within the footprint of a small collapsing retaining wall, to conduct the repairs these trees will have to be removed, they are in an unsustainable location.
