This is a residential area. We do not need a medical centre on this road. The castle business that runs from this address is busy enough & causes enough noise & traffic to the area.
We do not need ugly buildings in our community. The rural feel to our community will be put at risk with all the development.

“I strongly object to this Planning application at 29A Robinson Road, Narre Warren North.
The increased traffic risk on a narrow residential street causes safety concerns & noise concerns.
Traffic along this road is already unsafe, with speeding cars & young families / children in the area.
This has a highly negative impact on local character.
Insufficient on-site parking may lead to parking on the street, impacting neighbours.
• Noise and disturbance from staff, patients, and deliveries, affecting local amenity.
• Proposal does not fit the existing character of a quiet residential area.
• Potential overshadowing or loss of privacy to neighbouring properties
• Impact on property values and overall neighbourhood liveability.

The planning department need to start taking into account what the residents who have been here for years want. We do not want any more Schools or Mosques or Big buildings that just add to the traffic and congestion. Start listening. Look after the Green Wedge and Start LISTENING. We built here many years ago for a reason. For a semi rural lifestyle NOT a Super City. Start LISTENING please.
