Another area secondary dwelling. I have no great concern about the utilisation of unused or vacant land, (yes here it comes) BUT what is the Council proposing in regard to the abbitional vehicles these developments bring with them. Not only cars, but boats, box trailers, caravans, etc, many parked on our already full kerbs. Remember, every bedroom has the potential to bring to the area another car, with two from the master. A four bedroom home equals five cars plus extras.
