Dear City of Campbelltown,

I am commenting on the proposal of building 24 dwelling on the site of 515 Magill Road.

Under the Planning Zones and Overlays, Under Traffic Generating Development, "The Traffic Generating Development Overlay aims to ensure safe and efficient vehicle movement and access along urban transport routes and major urban transport routes." I do not believe that this will allow safe an efficient vehicle movement along Magill Road or Birkinshaw Avenue.

Magill Road is already congested enough from all the urban infill happening in Magill, Hectorville, Tranmere, Rosslyn Park, Auldana, Skye, Kensington Park, Norwood and the new development in Hamilton Hill.

During Peak hour, this intersection with Birkinshaw and Magill road is a bottleneck and this will be exacerbated with the number of vehicles attached to this development.

I am sure that the St. Joseph's Primary School do not need more cars in the vicinity of their school as their pick up and drop off times are chaotic enough. I know this as a local resident. I avoid the area during those peak times.

I understand that this is an Urban Corridor Zone, but without solving the traffic management issue this development will greatly negatively impact the surrounding area.
