Description

Remove one (1) Liquidambar styraciflua, Liquidamber, from the front yard on the left hand side and replace with one (1) medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection this tree was in good health however its root system is beneath a small, collapsing brick retaining wall, and a lifted and cracked concrete driveway slab that has lifted by approximately 60mm. The repair works would necessitate the removal of structural roots which could destabilise this tree, its removal is recommended. Prune one (1) Ficus obliqua, Small-leafed Fig, from the back yard on the left hand side.
