It was found that the address of the permit P23391 is 41 Mitchells Lane, Sunbury, which does not match. We are proposing to amend the address of the permit to 110 Vineyard Road, Sunbury VIC 3429. The original application includes replacing the existing 7-meter signage pylon to 10-meter. The bucket signage size is proposed from 1.8 x 1.8m to 2.25 x 2.25m. Town planner, Zeynep Arslan, has been in contact regarding the amendment and requested this Section 72 Amendment to the Planning Permit.
