Where will the residents and their visitors park as there is no parking in Avenel Road!
And what about traffic disruption in such a narrow street with Traffic calming devices when the delivery of earth moving equipment ,brick deliveries ,trusses and house frames , concrete pump and concrete trucks not to mention the abundance of tradies utes.
Where will they park and then they will block traffic for any delivery !
All this in the catchment of Gymea Bay Public School and Kirrawee High School .
This development would need lots of off street parking.
A single residemce is the only answer not two duplexes.
