1) The original buildings on this site were ILLEGALLY DEMOLISHED!
2) Legislation states that a boarding house must be in keeping with the surrounding area -this development is too big!
3) Provision for 37 vehicles adjacent to a major intersection & pedestrian crossing is too many any too dangerous also no traffic management plan.
4) This site has being an unsecured rubbish dump for many years prompting complaints from residents
5) The owners the Hassan Family have already shown their willingness to circumvent laws and legislation and shows that this development is not in public & community interest(s) while masquerading behind a boarding house fassade.
