- Prune one (1) Eucalyptus robusta, Swamp Mahogany, T1 in the front yard, prune one (1) Phoenix canariensis, Canary Island Date Palm, T3 and one (1) Eucalyptus robusta, Swamp Mahogany, T4 in the east side yard, prune one (1) Grevillea robusta, Silky Oak, T5 in the back yard and prune one (1) Morus nigra, Mulberry Tree, T6 in the west side yard. Remove one (1) Archontophoenix cunninghamiana, Bangalow Palm , T2 in the front yard and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This palm is growing within proximity to the front of the building which its fronds are impacting; it has insufficient space to mature without damaging structures.
