28 Evans Street, Bronte NSW 2024
- Description
- Remove one (1) Cupressus x leylandii, Leyland Cypress, hedge near the western boundary and replace with one (1) local native hedge (100L pot size per tree) as per on-site discussion with property owner under TPO-170/2024, within one (1) month of removal. These trees are in fair health with low landscape value and retention value. They contribute minimally to local biodiversity and environmental amenity, the tree to the northernmost boundary is impacting the boundary wall. The trees have not been maintained as a hedge and are unable to be pruned to restore their original hedge shape as this would compromise the form and shape of the now fully formed trees.
