Description

Remove one (1) Chamaecyparis obtusa, Golden Hinoki Cypress, and one (1) Plumeria acutifolia, Frangipani, on the southern boundary and replace with two (2) small-sized, local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These small trees are in fair health and poor structure, they have low landscape and retention value and are planted in an unsustainable location; in a shallow garden bed with limited soil volume, behind a dilapidated retaining wall. To repair the wall would require the trees' removal, it is recommended that they are removed before the retaining wall collapses.
