I live at 27. I have three units in my block, and 7 and 5 respectively on either side. Parking is becoming a nightmare. Especially on bin collection day as everyone puts their bins in the street where they can be collected. The capacity of Snell grove for these continued multiple dwellings is getting limited. I feel 5 is too many for this block particularly without parking

Car parking should be a top priority, with most streets becoming one way in Oak Park due to the lack of car parking spaces and people forced to park on the streets, it's adding more congestion and making the streets a danger to drive down.
3 dwelling would be sufficient with each having visitor car parking and there own on the property.
