To Whom It May Concern
As a resident directly opposite the back of this lot, we are expressing our strong objection to the garage and driveway proposed.
No garage/driveway currently exists and to now install one will have an adverse impact on our garages and parking.
Our laneway has been subject to many changes over the last decade and this one is going a step too far.
We don't object to the residence/studio, just the proposed driveway. We don't even mind a storage like the one directly next door.
Although we will take community action if required to protest this proposed development if the driveway is not removed from the plan.
Sincerely
McGrath & Ranson

To whom it may concern. As a resident I am deeply concerned about the application for a garage/ driveway. This will significantly impact our already limited space on the street, impacting all those who use it. I feel it is irresponsible from a planning and liveability perspective to add this additional strain to what is already an over developed street. While I am ok with the studio being built, the garage and driveway is simply not appropriate for this street.

To whom it may concern. As a resident in the opposite flats, I have major concerns about adding an additional driveway to the already tiny and overcrowded lane. It is incredibly hard to enter and exit our street and garage already without congestion.
This little street already is a victim of overdevelopment and this plan for the driveway will add major weight and complications to day to day use. To echo the other comments on this proposal, the residence is fine, it is purely the addition of another driveway that is problematic and impactful on the existing infrastructure and current residents.

To Whom it may concern,

As residents living directly opposite the proposed driveway, we wish to object to this part of the application. Our lane is already extremely narrow, congested, and overdeveloped, with limited space for vehicles to manoeuvre or pass safely. Introducing an additional driveway and garage would increase traffic movements and pose safety risks for pedestrians and existing residents.

We are not opposed to the construction of the proposed studio flat, which appears reasonable and in keeping with the surrounding development. However, we strongly object to the addition of a new driveway and garage on grounds of safety, congestion, and overdevelopment of an already heavily burdened lane.
