A second dwelling will bring with it mant more vehicles:- cars, boat, caravan, box trailer, etc:- This street suffers from school drop-off & pick-up therefore, congested through traffic. There are parking restrictions during these periods, so where are the vehicles this second dwelling sit while waiting use.
The Council should enforce adequate on property vehicular housing on all development designs, then approvals. I suggest either underground garages or full ground floor garages.
