I strongly support this development. Leichhardt needs homes and Parramatta Road needs revitalisation.

Objections against building on Parramatta Road are a prime example of BANANA (Build Absolutely Nothing Anywhere Near Anyone).

I support this development, not sure why any would object to it given it's built on Parramatta road. The area could use some urban renewal.

Furthermore the development will provide much needed support, so its nice to see so many new homes being provided

I support this development.

This is exactly the kind of project our area needs. The co-living units will provide more affordable housing options for people, and the new shops on the ground floor will be a great addition for everyone in the neighbourhood.

Building up on an amalgamated site is a smart way to create more homes without contributing to urban sprawl. I hope to see this project approved quickly.

I highly support this development. Parramatta Road is a prime location for increasing housing supply and Leichhardt is currently lagging behind on new housing supply for the younger generations. I am a former Inner West resident and I do hope there are more relatively affordable options in the Inner West for me to move back to this wonderful community.

On the other hand, while revitalising and improving public transport by light rail on Parramatta Road is out of scope, the idea of light rail should be encouraged by the Council to the State Government.
