I support the proposed demolition. The house has been previously occupied by tenants who had their unsightly belongings on the porch. If the demolition application is refused, I'm sure the owners will not proceed with the exorbitant building costs involved in restoring the cottage.
The building has no material significance that adds to the the North Unley Area.
