Hi, I live opposite this proposed development.
I think that 4 units on this block of land is too many. I think it is more realistic to develop three units. There needs to be enough space in each unit for storage. If not then people fill their garage with items and leave no room to park their cars in the garage. So cars end up on the street and impede traffic. Farmer Street is a thoroughfare for school drop off, buses, and on Saturdays there is all the netball traffic. Careful consideration needs to be given to managing traffic in this street.
