I am very concerned that this development will create more traffic congestion at the Russell Street and Tongarra Road intersection. The traffic banks up in both directions during the day. There is a primary
school across the road. There are students walking to and from school past this development. This could create a very dangerous situation for the young students.
When most households these days have more than one car, where are they going to park. Also, where are the visitors going to park? How are they going to safely cross the busy highway and enter the premises.
