Having a smaller shopping complex, like the existing one, is essential for our community. Loosing those shops would so detrimental. Not everyone likes having to go into the bigger shopping complex's - finding a park, dealing with crowds, longer distances to walk. Please don't take away what I feel is the hub of our community.
The addition of 10 homes wouldn't outway our need for these shops, even in the current housing market.

No we need these little independently owned shops .. a revamp to the dwellings would be great but not changed to a dwelling complex .. many people don't shop at the major shopping centres and prefer the smaller stores .. this proposal is anti community and a no for me

There are a lot of units going up in this area and traffic is becoming a significant issue during peak times. Some mornings I have to wait 5 minutes to get out of my street onto Park Road. Has any consideration been given to managing this?

Please do not knock down our shops this is an essential part of the community. If the units are next to the shops please ensure that there is enough parking . There already is too many shared homes with multiples family’s / couples living in and not enough space for the cars that they have in the area which causes congestion in the streets of dbay already.

Love seeing plans for modern homes here! With so many young families and first home buyers moving in, it’s great to see development keeping up. Hopefully plans to makeover the shop precinct to create the lifestyle people want locally?
